Someone to accompany you to learn AI and actually use it: a one-on-one teaching class for senior decision-makers

AI tutoring class: one-on-one AI private tutoring for senior decision-makers

It’s not that you can’t learn, it’s just that there’s no one to accompany you on the first step.

In the past few years, I have met too many powerful people. They sat across from me and said a little embarrassedly: I know AI is important, and I have tried it, but it just doesn’t work.

It’s not that they don’t work hard. They are the founders of companies, independent directors of listed companies, and psychological counselors who have been practicing for many years. Each of them has gone very far in their own field. But as soon as they opened those AI tools and the cursor flashed on the screen, they were stunned: What are you asking? How to ask? The things I asked about were dry and empty. Where can I really help?

So they watch instructional videos. There are so many tutorials on the Internet that I can’t finish them. Today I learn a prompt word technique, tomorrow I follow a new model, I learn a bunch of fragmentary moves, and when I return to my daily work, I still can’t pick it up. As time goes by, the anxiety of “I seem to be falling behind again” becomes more and more serious.

I later realized that what these people lacked was never information. What they lack is someone to sit next to them and use their own real business to accompany them through the road that they have never used.

This is why I want to open this one-to-one AI tutoring class.

Why senior decision-makers need one-on-one more

I also teach group classes and hold workshops, and I really enjoy such occasions. But over the years, I have gradually seen that for senior decision-makers whose time is expensive and whose needs are very specific, one-on-one is a completely different thing.

First, you don’t have time to start from scratch. One hour of your time may be worth a lot of money. Online teaching is for people who are willing to spend a lot of time digging for gold on their own, and what you need is for someone to help you filter out the noise first, leaving only the few things that are useful now, and teach you directly.

Second, it is difficult for general courses to teach you what you really want. Group classes take care of the average needs of most people, but your industry, the decision-making scenarios you face every day, and the information in your hand that only you understand cannot be taught using canned examples. The syllabus you want must be designed specifically for you.

Third, and what I think is the most critical: you want to use your real business to practice. It’s not about practicing fake cases for teaching, but about taking out the real problems that are bothering you in the company and learning by doing. Only a closed one-on-one relationship can afford this kind of space to talk and work with confidence.

So this class is not a lecture. It’s someone sitting next to you, getting your hands dirty with you, and turning AI into a decision-making tool that you actually use every day.

How to take the class: four steps, each step can see the results

I designed the entire process to be very simple, because the last thing decision makers need is complexity:

The first step is to book a free consultation. You just need to fill out a very simple form, and I will reply to you personally. It will take about thirty minutes to have a good chat about your goals and where you are stuck. There is no charge for this call, because I also want to confirm first whether I am the one who can really help you.

The second step is to customize the curriculum for you. After the conversation, I will design an exclusive learning path based on your current level, your industry, and the results you want to achieve. Even the hours will be arranged according to your needs, and I will not sell you an extra hour.

The third step is to accompany students one-on-one. It can be done online or in person. You will learn by doing the whole process using your own real business. The progress is up to you. Just stop if you don’t understand, and practice as much as you want. There is no pressure to meet the schedule here.

The fourth step is to take away the results that can be used immediately. I really care about this: at the end of every class, you have to have something concrete in your hand. It might be a gadget, a process, a ready-to-go finished product, not just a page of notes.

What did they take away later?

No matter how many ideas you talk about, it’s better to look at what’s really happening. Among the students I have accompanied in the past few years, there are three stories I particularly want to share.

The founder of an e-commerce company used to select products, write copy, and respond to customer service messages every day. Together, we turned these repetitive tasks into a set of AI-assisted processes. Later, even his team followed suit, and he finally freed up his time to do things that only the boss can do.

An independent director of a listed company must read thick financial reports and industry information in a short period of time, and do thorough homework for board issues. What we practiced was how to use AI to quickly chew up the information, focus on the key points, and organize it into our own judgment. He later told me that he felt much more at ease before entering the conference room.

There is also a psychological counselor who hopes to devote more time to individual cases instead of being tied up by notes and paperwork. Together, we use AI to help her organize case records, crawl through literature, and produce health education materials, allowing her to return the time she saves to those truly important conversations.

You will find that their industries are very different, but what they have in common is that after learning, AI has really entered their daily work, instead of being an unfinished movie in their favorites.

The syllabus is developed for you, not a template.

Many people ask me what I teach. To be honest, the final syllabus will not take shape until after the consultation because it is growing for you. But I can give you some common directions first to give you a clear idea:

Use AI to make your own gadgets, turning daily repetitive work into a usable program; AI content and marketing, from research, writing, de-AI to multi-platform distribution; AI-assisted decision-making and briefing, use AI to organize data, do analysis, and generate briefings that can be directly used; second brain and knowledge management, turn scattered data into a knowledge base for questions and answers; and workflow automation, stringing your existing tools into a system that can operate by itself.

Of course, it doesn’t matter if what you have in mind is not among these items. Just bring your real business and the course curriculum will be customized for you.

Plan: I will give you a reference first, and then make a decision after consulting with details.

I have designed three reference plans. The actual curriculum and hours will be customized according to your goals after free consultation:

The start-up plan, six hours, NT$21,600, is suitable for you who want to try it first and has a clear goal; the advanced plan, 12 hours, NT$40,800, is suitable for you who want to get started and make usable results, and it is also the most popular one; the deep-digging companion, 24 hours, NT$76,800, is suitable for you who need long-term companionship, or have a team and multiple projects to advance together.

These three plans are reference prices and there are no hidden fees. We will discuss the actual content and decide together.

Why must we consult first and not sign up directly?

People often ask me why I can’t just swipe my card to sign up directly on the page.

My answer is simple: because this is a completely customized one-on-one program, the curriculum and hours will be adjusted according to your goals. After chatting for thirty minutes first, I can design the right content for you; and you can confirm whether I am the right person. This is a responsible start for both of us.

As for the few things you may be worried about, let me make it clear here: online classes are acceptable, and most students choose physical classes (traffic costs for high-speed rail and other areas outside greater Taipei need to be paid separately); if you don’t know how to write programs and don’t know much about using AI, it’s no problem. The course curriculum will start from your current level.

If you’ve always wanted to start, just start with a thirty-minute conversation

I know that many people don’t want to learn, but they don’t have a good reason to start. I’m too busy at work, don’t know where to start, and I’m afraid of spending money and not being able to learn.

So I designed the first step to be the least stressful: a simple form, a free conversation. No sales pitch, just a good chat about where you want to go and where you are currently stuck. Even if we don’t cooperate in the end, this phone call itself may help you figure out the direction.

If this article has stirred something in your heart, then I think now would be a good time.
