【Who is Attention Merchant? 】
From the past to the present, those who participate in media, advertising, marketing, programs, and today’s Internet and communities are all members of attention merchants. The times and industries may be different, but their specialty is to try to create content that can attract more attention, whether it is sensational headlines or free videos. After grabbing our attention, they can then resell us to other owners and realize profits.

Attention affects our consciousness, determines our consumption, and shapes our lifestyle. Various attention industries compete for our attention during waking hours. A Taiwanese-American, he is currently a Columbia law professor and a consultant to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
