What do you think of when you hear the term “The Force”? Yes, I guess most friends will immediately think of “Star Wars” directed by George Lucas.
Wikipedia tells us that “The Force” (the Force) is the core concept in the Star Wars series. The Force is a fictional, supernatural and ubiquitous mysterious force in the work. It is an energy field created by all living things. It is also the key to the pursuit and reliance of both the Jedi and the Sith.
Originally, when I heard “The Force”, I would think of the scene when it first appeared in the 1977 movie “Star Wars: Episode IV: Dawn of the Light.” But now when I hear this term, I will think of another book, which is “[Inner Force: 9 Settings to Live the Best Version of Life]” (https://www.books.com.tw/exep/assp.php/vista/p) written by my friend Eric products/0010897616?utm_source=vista&utm_medium=ap-books&utm_content=recommend&utm_campaign=ap-202108)》.
Speaking of Ericlove, we met for the first time on January 23rd. I still remember getting up early that day and rushing to the National Taiwan University Conference Center to attend the “[Leading the Way, From Good to Great] (https://www.vistacheng.com/2021/01/tmba-lead-the-way.html)” charity lecture hosted by TMBA. Although I had heard of Aida’s name on the Internet long before that day, it was not until the beginning of this year that I had the honor to hear his speeches with three writers including Yang Sidi and Hong Cheng, and naturally I was deeply impressed.
I have some background similarities with National Taiwan University. For example, we both studied information management in college and were former alumni of National Taiwan University. However, he achieved financial freedom at around the age of 40 and devoted himself to charity. He is much better than me, and he is also a role model for me to learn from!
I received a book from Aida as a gift today, and I immediately made time to read it. It was so amazing that I almost thought I was reading something I wrote. Because there are so many concepts mentioned in the book that are somewhat similar to my own thoughts… For example, Aida pointed out that life is a constant and continuous accumulation process, and for example, he mentioned “[Begin with the end in mind](https://www.writing.cool/2019/09/how- to-improve-your-blog-writing-skills.html)”, or his work habits: inputting, analyzing problems and seeking the best method, processing, outputting and sharing, I fully agree with this and it is also my own course of action.
To put it simply, this book mainly talks about two things: First, how to make yourself an A+ coffee in the journey of life? Secondly, and even more valuable, after becoming an A+ coffee, how can you help others become A+ coffee? As Aida said: “By modifying the algorithm of life, you can maximize your inner force.” He further pointed out: “My life experience for more than 40 years has taught me that there is a connection between people. It is not the universe or God who lends a helping hand, but the help of many people. The key is to use the ‘inner force’ to promote action.”
The so-called “inner force”, Aida believes that it is an influence that triggers other people’s “motivations” (https://www.vistacheng.com/2020/05/action-first.html) through tangible (such as text or physical communication) or intangible (empathy or compassion) ways, and then helps us accomplish something together.
Therefore, the key to success for yourself and others lies in “inner power.” If you also want to have such a wonderful life like Aida, you must first possess the “inner power” and at the same time fully utilize the “inner power” to help others.

Ai Da’s words are suitable as a footnote to this article: “People’s life paths are made up of choices, big and small. The quality of our decisions determines the quality of life. In the brain neural circuits, when we make certain choices that can exert our inner strength, every small difference will accumulate. After a long period of compound interest, the difference will eventually be so great that ordinary people are far beyond the reach of ordinary people, and they will embark on a completely different life path!”
Just like I mentioned before about “crossing the river by feeling the stones”, as long as we step firmly first, keep moving forward and keep accumulating, we will definitely be able to find our own way!
In addition, the book “Inner Power: 9 Settings to Live the Best Version of Life” not only has wonderful content, but also has exquisite illustrations! Among them, there are several paintings drawn by teacher Penny from [Graphic and Text Creation Training Camp] (https://creation.vstar.school), which are also worth savoring.
If you also want to be a better version of yourself, I am happy to recommend this good book by Ai Da. Let us work together to discover and develop our “inner power”!
