If you are starting a business or are passionate about starting a business, I would like to recommend you to read the good book “Lean Entrepreneurship”. This is a tool book that allows entrepreneurs to review themselves, and it can be read at any time on the desk.
As for why it is positioned as a reference book? Simply put, this is a guide that can guide us on how to run and operate during the entrepreneurial process.
The book “Lean Entrepreneurship” does not teach you how to create a business, nor does it teach you how to come up with a Business Model? The author mainly introduces various details that need to be paid attention to when operating the Business Model!
After all, in this world where every second counts, if you can succeed with the least time and resources, you will be able to seize the opportunity. Just because you want to succeed quickly, you also need to avoid waste and save time and resources. Therefore, we need some methods to check whether the Business Model has taken a long detour? This book just provides some methods that companies or entrepreneurs can use at any time to review and reflect on whether they need to change, or how to learn from past experiences and improve, so that they can better understand their clear positioning.
Here, I organized “Lean Entrepreneurship” into a mind map. Because the book has strong coherence, some things are scattered in each chapter, and I summarized the book into two major categories: one is entrepreneurial management, and the other is the entrepreneurial process. From the beginning of the book, it is explained that starting a business requires management, and that management and production and sales people can make a fortune through the review method that is suitable for their own products. And in the process of entrepreneurship, how to achieve efficient development, learning and progress without wasting resources at least.
I believe that leanness is more flexible for entrepreneurship, rather than following traditional management methods. Just because it is a startup, no matter how big or small, the team and products may always be groping forward in confusion about the future. In order to prevent the team from colliding in the fog for too long, this book has compiled many ways to check yourself, such as the “Five Whys”, “Ten Pivots”, etc. By truly clarifying your current situation, you can break through the siege and find the truly achievable value.
To operate flexibly, the premise is to have clear and definite assumptions about the vision, as well as a stable financial model. The basis of this premise is to have actual data to follow. Only with actual data can we figure out whether there is market courage and create sustainable development. And with actual data and financial models, good creative business opportunities will not be reduced to just personal ideas.
After all, sustainable operation is the goal that any enterprise or start-up wants to pursue. In order not to waste resources during operation, it is necessary to adopt the method with the least risk to detect the market temperature, so that the enterprise can grow from small to large. When confidence is built up from a small age, it is natural to gradually grow into something bigger. Only by being prudent and practical about growing from a small thing to something bigger can each step be made more steady, so that one misstep will not lead to eternal regret!
Note: The above mind map is information compiled based on my personal thoughts, so it is for your reference only. I suggest friends who have read this book to read the mind map again. I think they will have a better understanding of this book. If you have different ideas, please leave a message!
