Thank you for your support. Nearly 190 partners have joined the first phase of the “Seven-Day Lightning Writing Camp”! Now, I want to share with you a set of tips for writing quickly:

L - Locate Your Topic

Before you begin, clearly outline the topic of your writing. You know, if you want to achieve the goal of efficient writing, you often start by constructing a clear topic. I would suggest that you first conduct a quick market survey or intelligence search to identify a content topic that you are familiar with and have enough information to support.

I - Initiate Free Writing (Initiate Free Writing)

Don’t be afraid of not writing a good first draft. Few people are perfect on their first try. Set aside a period of time for yourself every day (say, 15 minutes) to initiate free writing without editing. This process can help inspire your inspiration, and it can also collect fragments of thinking, which is an important step in starting your creative career.

G - Gather Your Data (Collect your information)

After determining the content topic, quickly collect relevant information (note: don’t spend too much time). The scope of data collection can include: research reports, case studies, relevant books or articles, etc. Efficient data collection can be said to be the key to improving the quality and depth of writing.

H - Harness Your Structure (Control your structure)

Make a rough draft in your head or on paper to work out the basic structure of this writing. Determine the basic framework of the introduction, body, and conclusion, as well as the key points to be covered in each section. The advantage of doing this is that it helps you clarify the key points and helps keep your writing focused and organized.

T - Trim and Tailor (Trim and adjust)

After the first draft is completed, trimming and adjustments may be necessary. Delete unnecessary parts to enhance the logic and fluency of the discussion. This step is not only about correcting typos, but more importantly, refining and optimizing the content. Don’t be reluctant to prune, all good work needs editing.

N - Nurture Your Voice (Shape your reputation)

Find and maintain your unique writing reputation. Your writing style and the inner voice you convey between the lines are key to connecting with your readers. Through continuous practice and output, your writing will be more personal and persuasive.

I - Iterate Feedback

Seek feedback from friends and family and make adjustments based on their feedback. This could be reviews from fellow students, guidance from a tutor, or comments from readers. Through iteration of feedback, you can continuously revise and improve your work.

N - Navigate Deadlines (set deadlines)

Set realistic and challenging deadlines and learn to hold yourself accountable. Time management is an indispensable part of writing quickly. Use deadlines to push yourself forward quickly and complete your writing tasks.

G - Go Beyond

I believe that writing is a process of continuous learning and growth. After completing a piece of work, don’t stop there, but continue to look for new topics and challenges to continuously improve your writing skills.
