Reflections on home design brought about by the earthquake

Today at noon, I happened to have an appointment with some friends from Apple Daily in Hong Kong to have lunch at a cafe in Minsheng Community. Suddenly, there was a sudden earthquake, which scared all the friends who came from afar! Later, after watching the real-time news, I realized that a magnitude 6.1 earthquake occurred in Xiulin Township, Hualien County.

The moment the earthquake happened, I felt panicked in my heart. It was not that I was worried about my personal safety, but I was thinking of the book towers in my room… I wonder if they have collapsed? Or will it cause greater harm?

At this time, I suddenly remembered Flora, my partner in the first phase of “Vista Writing Companion Program”.
