After all, everyone is so busy, but if it takes two, three hours or even more to write an article, it is really inefficient! For myself, I can usually write an article within half an hour, and sometimes it even takes less than fifteen minutes. However, I think the focus is not on the speed of writing, but I hope to share with you a set of useful methods and processes for content production.

After all, we are not machines, and writing is not a scheduled job on the production line. In addition, the time we can focus on is limited, so it is necessary to improve writing efficiency, but it does not make much sense to pursue speed too much.

If I were to share with you tips on producing content effectively and quickly, I think the most important thing is to “think from the readers’ perspective”: in other words, think clearly about the meaning and value you want to convey first, and then consider the method of content production. As soon as many people hear that they want to write copy or articles, they start searching for information on Google or Baidu… Well, this approach is certainly feasible, but I think it is not very ideal and the efficiency will not be very good!

I have also written a lot about target audiences, reminding everyone to keep their readers in mind. Don’t just write stupidly, but first think about whether the content we have put in the effort and time to produce is what everyone needs? And can these contents bring value?
