Happy birthday! The 20th anniversary of the founding of "Digital Times" magazine
Time flies, and the “Digital Times (opens in a new tab)” magazine, which has accompanied the growth of many people, has celebrated its 20th anniversary since its inception in July 1999.
Today at noon, with the mood of “going back to my parents’ home”, I came to Your Space (opens in a new tab) to participate in the commemorative event of the Twentieth Anniversary (opens in a new tab) magazine of “Digital Times (opens in a new tab)”. I was very excited to see many old and new friends.
The unforgettable years of youth
Looking back on the first half of my career, Jusi Culture may not be the company I have stayed in the longest, but it is a period of history that is particularly worth recalling and is also the starting point for many people to know me. Although I have been away for a long time, I have never forgotten that I was a part of “Digital Age (opens in a new tab)”.

Whether I am the editor-in-chief of “Digital Times (opens in a new tab)” magazine, or I am just a simple reader now, I am proud of both identities. Although my time has not been long, I have been fortunate enough to participate in the development and growth of this magazine. I have met some great colleagues, interviewed many powerful experts, scholars and entrepreneurs, and written some interesting reports and articles. It is really a happy thing!
Looking at the “Special Issue of the First Fifth Century” magazine in my hand, I have many feelings in my heart. As Kang Wenbing (opens in a new tab) said - here is an unforgettable youth of mine, mixed with frustration, reflection and growth.
After hearing Mr. Zhan Hongzhi’s blessings and expectations for the magazine “Digital Times (opens in a new tab)”, I really agree:
“Digital Times (opens in a new tab)” may not be the best media in Taiwan, but it must be the bravest magazine. Because, if we want to be brave enough to explore the future, we must be brave!
“Digital Times” magazine, happy birthday! Twenty years old represents adulthood. After twenty years, it is really not easy! In addition to my sister Su Lan (opens in a new tab), I also want to thank two “old people” Zhan Hongzhi and He Feipeng (opens in a new tab) for their support. Of course, there are also many Jusi people.
In July 1999, when history turned the corner towards a critical moment of transition between old and new paradigms and ushered in a new era, we founded “Digital Era (opens in a new tab)”. Over the past 20 years, digital technology has changed lives, subverted organizations, and rewritten rules with faster speed and stronger power. Let us continue to capture the spirit of the times and explore the next step of the world.
Create tomorrow and leave a mark on the universe. Bless “Digital Age (opens in a new tab)”!
