As we enter October, it seems that the COVID-19 epidemic is showing signs of slowing down. This is of course good news, but we still need to be careful. Therefore, the “Digital Transformation and Service Innovation Forum” hosted by National Jinan International University and Taiwan Rural Tourism Association ultimately chose to be held in the form of an online forum.

It is true that the digital world has given rise to a lot of imagination, but changes in public attitudes often need to be triggered by some events before they can accelerate and pivot. For example, some older Chinese are not familiar with QR Code’s operation, but due to this sudden epidemic, the domestic adoption of text messaging system has not only changed people’s daily life, but also accelerated the power of digital transformation.

For this “Digital Transformation and Service Innovation Online Forum” event, the organizer invited four experts to discuss digital transformation and service innovation in the face of the epidemic, with the themes of new communication in the new media era, commercial digital operation guidelines in the post-epidemic era, zero-contact business opportunities and digital marketing trends.

I am honored to be invited by the organizer to share with all guests the new normal and new thinking in the post-epidemic era, and also to analyze the new trends in digital marketing.
