When it comes to emails or electronic newspapers, I believe some friends may frown and show disgust. I know, you may feel like we are already entering the 21st century! If you don’t even want to read the beautiful EDM, why should you spend time running an e-newsletter?

In fact, email is not outdated. Not only can it provide you with the most direct way to communicate with your target audience, it also ranks among the top three in terms of return on investment in the field of digital marketing! Having said that, email marketing is also known as one of the most unique proactive marketing tools today.

Of course, it was also because I wanted to start running an e-newsletter recently, so when I heard that Mr. Lin Yutang (https://www.facebook.com/brikanlin (opens in a new tab)) (Elton) was going to offer a course on “Cracking the Secrets of E-mail Marketing (opens in a new tab)”, I immediately signed up!

It is different from the previous course “Email Marketing Automation” taught by Mr. Yu Weichang, which focuses more on the introduction of email marketing tools and the implementation of email marketing automation. In today’s course “Cracking the Secrets of E-mail Marketing (opens in a new tab)”, teacher 林宇棠 (opens in a new tab) combines his expertise in the field of text action and influence to help everyone lay the foundation from scratch.

Highlights of course content

In just over two hours of class, Mr. Elton started by talking about what is email marketing that is in line with the trend, and then gradually introduced the importance of lists, and how to write an attractive email and design a high-click theme. Finally, let me tell you how to improve performance through email marketing?

Today during get out of class time, some students also asked me how to do content marketing? In the past, I have written many [related articles] on the “Content Hacker” website (https://www.vista.tw/tags/%E5%85%A7%E5%AE%B9%E8%A1%8C%E9%8A%B7). Welcome to refer to it.

Turn sales into a journey that accompanies readers

Because with the help of email marketing, we can turn an ordinary sales process into a magical journey that accompanies readers… Of course, just working hard to write and send emails is not enough, monetization is also important. Therefore, Mr. Elton also reminds everyone to make good use of digital marketing tools such as emails and sales pages to make customers feel as happy about paying as they feel about going to an appointment!

I am very happy to learn email marketing with a group of outstanding students today, and I would also like to thank Teacher Elton for sharing.
