In order to quickly get to the point and provide necessary assistance, I did some homework online beforehand, spent some time studying the basic information of the company, and also understood their products, services and business model.
When browsing this company’s website, I discovered some common problems in official website design, including: it is not clear who the website is designed for, it is difficult to find key information, the dynamic design is unclear, the copywriting and company profile are too stereotyped, etc. In fact, this is not a problem unique to this new company. Although many companies spend money to design beautiful official websites, they fail to realize that the official website is not only the company’s facade, but also the first line of contact with consumers.
